Easily back pressurize your Artisian Water Well below the frost line with this Frost Plug setup. The Schrader valve makes it easy to put air back into the Mechanical packer's center riser tube with a bike pump or air compressor. By increasing the PSI to 20-30PSI you should sufficiently displace the water inside the riser tube.
